I had to wait a little while to hear back from unheardofbrand.com, which wasn’t ideal, but they did eventually answer my question. It wasn’t a wow experience, but it wasn’t bad either. Average overall. I’d say trust your instinct going in and don’t expect super fast customer service.

I gave unheardofbrand.com a shot mostly because the prices seemed reasonable. the quality was better than I expected for what I paid. It’s not top-tier or anything, kind of like some of the pricier stuff but not quite... Still, definitely worth it in my opinion. Shipping could’ve been faster, but overall I’m happy with the value and I’d probably order again.

I liked the product photos too, although I do wish they had a little more sizing info because I had to guess a bit. Weirdly, I remember one of the model photos had a bright green chair in the background and for some reason that stuck with me. Overall, I’d say it was a good shopping experience, just a few small details they could improve
